A. Dear parent Healthy diet includes all the food groups like whole grain, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee , egg etc. Avoid processed and packaged foods. give small and frequent meals do not force feed.

A. hello mum at this case there is not any diet restrictions for the baby at all you can give all the healthy and nutritional food to the child like you give to another family members at this age home in nutritional food is important for the proper growth and development
