baby having cold no fever no cough but taking deep breath with little sounds..sweatinga lot as it hot here..what to do I m worried

A. Maybe there’s too much of heat in the body that is why your child is sweating a lot you should consult your doctor for all the issues that currently your child is having and if you’re giving any medicine that can also generate heat in the body and can lead to excessive sweating so kindly consult your doctor and proceed with what they suggest
