Baby having cold from yesterday I started giving maxtra drops 0.8 ml 3times a day During this pandemic do we need to consider this as a symptom for covid

A. at present to continue the match the draught the baby for another 3 to 4 days if baby doesn't have anything like fever and cough may not be a sign of covid
