Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where esymptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motiofns are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

give sporlac powder in 2 drops quantity twice in a day.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy food items.
keep your child well hydrated
