Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid and /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

Bonnisan Five drops can be given to the child of a four times in a day as and when required I will leave your child may be crying to do stomach pain or maybe your child is not able to release gas if you give this medicine do cycling motion exercise this is going to help
