This can be due to teething. There is pain and itching during teething. U can give ur baby teethers like babyhug teethers that put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething.
The second reason can be due to gas in stomach. If the stomach is hard and stiff then give Gastica drops to ur baby
