baby 7 month old she has acne on thigh but acne underskin blackheads. what I do

A. You can ask your doctor they can provide a solution that is going to help in getting rid of these black hair because it is not very common thing with kids to have black heads are such a small age some show your doctor would be able to help you with proper cream or suggestion for this
