Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can start giving Cerelac and other solids or semi solids once the baby completes 6 months of age. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till then. Start with one solid or semi solid per day and then increase gradually. Continue with one food item for 3 days to find out the foods the baby may be allergic to and on the 4th day, start with a new food item. Water can also be introduced once the baby completes 6 months of age.
