They Who is the start talking certain words by the age of 8 to 10 months and slowly gradually the vocabulary increased almost by three years we assume a child would speak about 15 to 20 words or more depending upon the grasping and the formation of sentences happen mostly after the age of 3 1/2 to 4 years of age
