Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. lot of individual variation any time from 10 months to 1 year some baby little bit more time. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

General speech can start from the age of 8 to 10 months little bit of words then kids pick up on and over the period the more you communicate and all the child is going to pick up better on its speech so mostly by the age of 3 to 4 years they normally should have more speech
