Q.

at night my baby pee very less should I still need to change diaper within 6 hours if diaper is not even half full

A. Diaper rash prevention is very important where certain things should be kept in mind Changing your baby's diaper immediately after it gets soiled is the key to prevention of diaper rash Air dry when possible Give diaper free interval in between Use irritant free products Use a good diaper rash cream before and after using difaper... Treatment of diaper rash include a good zinc oxide cream , avoidance of diaper for sometime . apply coconut oil and allow the skin to breathe and consult your doctor as required.

A. Yes You better if your child even has passed some urine then the child can have severe rashes because of the fitness into the diaper so if you possibly can then definitely you should change the diaper because it is for the betterment of the skin of the child
