ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom interms of activity you mean or interms of physical like is he very dull and low in weight etc .
As if the child is active for his age and eating well enough not an issue , but if he is dul and his activity is very less as per his age get his Hb levels checked
