Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. you should give a proper hygienic food with plenty of liquids and a good fibre diet to the child for proper digestion here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all your doubts further in proper way and it would be helpful .
