#asktheexperts Why there is low supply of breast milk sometimes. My son is 1 month 25 days. My son was getting a good supply of breast milk suddenly I got periods and it became like that. Please give suggestions

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 months agoA. Shatavari powder is a good lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day with warm milk it is going to help in increasing your lactation make sure to have plenty of clothes and a really good diet to increase your feet
