ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, you should feed as per your baby's demand. if baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
It is normal for many exclusively breastfed babies to not pass stool frequently it can be even once in 7-8 days. Consult doctor if stomach appears to be bloated
