#asktheexperts Why babies less than 12 months should not be given salt and sugar?

A. Hello mom you can give but in limited amounts compared to adult intake , not more than a pinch or 2 , you also alter salt with seendha or rock salr or even lemon , and were as for sugar jaggery , dates , raisins , honey
