For next few days you can add vaseline in babies regular body lotion. You can also start using Babyhug body lotion it is one of the best brand in babies products. And you have to apply body lotion at least 2 to 3 times in a day still your baby doesn’t get relief then you have to consult with any paediatric dermatologist
