To increase weight of baby, include fatty and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, ghee, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado and 550 to 650 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy, home cooked snacks.
