A. hi please do the following things: start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery till that please walk walk and walk. don't use vehicles for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more avoid taking processed oily spicy food. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
