ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. the 9th month starts from 36 weeks of pregnancy.
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. 35 weeks onwards when you complete the time of 34 weeks your practical into your nine months so basically from the time of 35 weeks you are into your nine months nine months starts from then onwards
