if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight and has no skin problem then there is no need of extra cosmetics..
it is better to stay natural.
although if you want to use then there are different brands like mamaearth, momsco etc available in the market
choose any of them which has good quality and good reviews.
just ensure that the one you choose should be free from harmful chemicals like paraben sls and dying colors.
I suggest mamaearth brand.
