you can start brushing your kid's teeth soon after the eruption process of first milk teeth.
use small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste

As soon as baby erupts single tooth u should start to clean the teeth.
U can use finger brush to clean the teeth of your baby. u can buy babyhug finger brush which is very soft to clean teeth.
