In 7 months, there are not many foods which can be fed to the baby, but you can feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac alongwith 4-6 times milk in a day. Feed 3 main meals regularly as it will help in gaining healthy weight slowly.
