Ashwini NMom of a 9 m old girl4 months agoA. Some hospitals provide clothes for newborn and gown for mother,till they stay in hospital, even diapers for baby and sanitary napkins for mother also.
But if they are not providing,please prepare a list of it
For baby
1.Swaddle 2.diapers( taped style NB) 3.wet wipes
4.Mitten and booties 5.onesis for baby 6.cap 7.Soft bath towel
For mother
1.Feeding gown 2.Sanitary pads 3.Napkins
4.Socks 5.Cotton balls for ear 6.Take sweater if needed 7.Shawl 8.Thermoflask for hot water 9.Bath Towel
Ask them if any bath essentials needed for you and baby purchase later

May be you can keep the cart ready with your maternity clothes, baby clothes, Babyhug diapers and wipes, swaddle, . Inform your doctor about any changes or concerns
