#asktheexperts what is the best food to start for a baby she is currently having cold and cough so best food to give nestum rice or what

A. dear mom. once your baby turns six months of age. you may give boiled and mashed / pureed veggies, rice kanji, dal khichdi, dal soup in little amount and lots of breast milk.
