Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Weight should be in between 14-16 kg around. Give weight gaining food like paneer oats mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree ghee in dal cheese eggs etc. Height is a genetic phenomenon as comes from either of the parents. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
