There is no such gradient for height it’s just a balance nutrition that we should include all kind of foods into the diet of your child fruits vegetables millets grains proteins in which very important that your child should be physically really active or doing some of the other sports is also going to be beneficial you can enrol your child to swimming basketball badminton like whatever the preference is that also helps in elevating the height
