,to protect your child from viral or bacterial infection like cold ,cough etc
please offer plenty of breastfeeds,it contains antibodies which help to strengthen your child immunity and provide protection against viral or bacterial Infections.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
avoid too cold and windy climate.
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
