Kindly consult your doctor they will advise you why your child is not gaining weight and they’ll advise you with a diet and health tonic to follow and for tea I’m just going to advise you that you should start with tablet number 21 under homeopathy and also you can introduce a Teether and if you’re looking for a good brand I would highly recommend you Babyhug
