#asktheexperts want to do for rashes around private area for girls even after using diaper rash cream

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / B4napi / zincal)
but if it iscv not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

please avoid over use of diapers
give her diaper and nappy free time in day and take sunbathing with her head and ears covered in the morning
keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk and mom should take lots of fluid and should not use demineralized water for drinking
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
