Q.

#asktheexperts there is tiny pimples in my baby's face.. Lower chin.. Sides of nose.. What is the remedy for this.. Is it drool rash?

A. hi yes it might be drool rashes you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there. keep that area clean. always clean your child mouth after feeding.
