#asktheexperts Six days back i gave birth to a boy. before delivery my weight is 105kgs. I need loss my weight gradually from now onwords. please suggest some exercises. And some dietary. please.

A. Wait for a few days because usually within six weeks after giving birth you will have a significant weight loss which you got during pregnancy. If you had a vagina delivery then after six weeks of delivery itself we can start working out but if you had a surgery then only brisk walking after eight weeks and in both cases if your exclusively breast-feeding then no portion control as of now
