#AskTheExpert after my baby birth i was loss a lot of weight after delivery what i eat to get healthy quickly

A. well you must eat mire of protein n complex carbohydrates as they will help a lot. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

Dear Mother you must do it everything that is a Home called nowadays due to pandemic it is also not suggested to eat outside but I to home you should eat everything all the fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables milk or milk products you can take bananas and potatoes white Paneer fresh curd if you are non-vegetarian you can take the eggs are as well as a chicken and chicken soupWrite Your Answer Here
