Sir today my child got 45days vaccine in government hospital . I have given pediatrician paracetamol syrup 8 drops to him (as they prescribed to him). after half an hour of vaccine even though he don't have fever. he didn't get fever till now. is there any problem if I give paracetamol syrup to him without fever.can you please answer
