A. Is your child understanding everything otherwise with what you say because this age of the child is not speaking is one thing and not understanding is another concern if your child understand well and giving response to that with you know gestures and all it’s not a problem so just consult a speech therapist but if your child is having issues and understanding also then in that case you need to consult consult a child specialist and a psychologist
