ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 month agoA. ok. first look for dandruff or any other scalp infection. in case use sebamade anti dandruff shampoo. guve protein and iron rich food. you can start doing scalp massage with mahabringraj oil

A. To prevent the hair fall use Mamaearth rosemary hair oil and hair shampoo it's really good and effective...I like it.

Mam you can make an onion coconut oil that you can apply into the hair which will probably help in reducing the hair fall and apart from that it’s good if you consult a dermatologist to know and understand what is the reason behind how do you need to handle the situation
