#asktheexperts Sir I m mother of 2months old baby girl She is on combination feeding I am using nipple shield for breastfeeding due to flat nipples Is it ok to use as my nipples are not protuding after multiple efforts

Yes it is completely alright there is no problem in that case I’m using a nipple shield is completely safe and healthy because it actually gives better grip also I would recommend you to take a good lactation supplement to increase your feet so that you can feed your child better on yours over formula
