In this here it is very difficult to commuent properly until a proper examination or assessment is bdone to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

I would recommend you take a homeopathic treatment for the child and do some dietary alteration which is what is going to be helpful sinus is kind of an infection if it is treated from the route you can probably keep getting off permanently but before that the treatment will take longer time
