Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy5 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Yes, you should be cleaning your baby tongue every day. Take a corner of a soft Babyhug wash cloth dipped in lukewarm water to gently wipe out your baby tongue. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
