#asktheexperts she keeps waking up for night feeds. what to do?... her dinner gets done by 9 pm and then followed by a small bottle of milk.

A. hi mom till some more time baby can do this its fine give milk in the night when baby wakes up give good proteins for dinner dals paneer or tofu or eggs chicken

My baby is 11 month old..she loves food.after her nap she wakes up around 4.30 pm then she plays for 30 mints then I am giving her little bit heavy meal,like pancakes,dalia etc..then again she feels hungry around 7 pm that time I am giving her little bit snacks but she wants more food I am giving her by 7.30 pm she is full and don’t want to eat dinner and wants to go to bed..can I give her dinner by 7.30 pm?and then by 9.30pm she sleeps with drinks her milk..is that ok if she have her dinner by 7.30 pm?

Q. my baby is 1 year and five month old. still she wakes up every 1 hour at night. due to this I am getting health issue. when she will sleep continuously.
