#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, I want to know the proper time for dinner for my baby.. I usually give her by 9 pm, after that she has milk by 11 pm n sleeps for entire night.. is it ok if she is not getting up in middle to have milk?

Thank you so much... but one more thing is it ok to give her dinner by 9 pm or I have to give her by 7.30pm only and no solid food after that?

if I give her food by 7.30 she gets up in middle of the night crying so I shifted her timing to 9pm n now she is sleeping nicely also she doesn't cry after getting up in morning
