#asktheexperts Shall I eat fish while breastfeeding? I delivered baby via C section and my baby is 24 days old.

Yes so you can have fish and chicken it’s not a problem you can also have egg if you want to after Road delivery there is no restriction on that but the only thing that currently I like to tell you is that during this time of rain it is good if you can avoid eating of fish because this is not very healthy during the rainy season so if you want you can skip it for the time being rest you can have if you want to do it going to be personal your choice but you can have it that’s whatWrite Your Answer Here
