#asktheexperts Respected Doctor, am gone.. i don't know what to do.. why my kids often getting fever every month. Do you suggest any blood test ? Do they have low immunity ? Please advise.. whenever they get fever, am dying literally.. bcoz they got seizures when they have high fever. am so much worried. i beg u to the core. plz advise doctor.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, they might have low immunity and kids do have low immunity till 5 years of age. keep good hygiene.
give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits , oranges, alla, and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, dairy.
