RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 months agoA. Actually there is no diet plan for a seven year old child is supposed to be all the foods made at home for your whole family plus plenty of proteins both vegetarian and non-vegetarian whatever you would prefer giving to the child healthy child
