For diarrhea give ors sporolac and natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc give plenty of oral fluids give syp zinc as prescribed by your maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm waterDiaper rash use any daiper rash cream with zinc oxide change diaper at regular intervals every fourth hourly give a diaper free time of 30 minutes everyday maintain hygiene in the area
