Ma’am even if it is on border line it is a good sign at least your child is not underweight so I must tell you that there is no specific diet that you should follow you should give all the family food to the child proteins millets grains vegetarian non-vegetarian fats and carbs that is what comprises of a healthy diet plan that is what you need to give
