Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Take tablet Cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. Go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take Tulsi Ginger honedy as well as turmeric with milk. You can continue breastfeeding if going on. If there ids no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor
