#asktheexperts my son is always feeling cold...phlegm build up in the chest and and throat. please suggest what we need to do?

Could be associated with an allergy and congestion is usually over there probably that is why your child is always having cough and cold and phlegm is also been seen I am going to recommend you to kindly consult your doctor for this issue and they can advise you if you need to go ahead with nebula the child or not
