A. Start with an iron supplement that is going to help in meeting up the deficiency of iron in the body and secondly on the other hand start with Iron rich food and fruits like pomegranate beetroot spinach broccoli also you can include good amount of sweet potato black rice as these things are highly rich and iron and basically all green vegetables are equally good
