keep the child well covered and cover the ears and neckof the child properly to prevent temperature variations.
give nasal saline drops every 3 hours which will help in decreasing both cough and cold. you can also go for indirect steam inhalation. continue regularz diet and keep child well hydrated.
if the child is well hydrated then cough and cold will improve rapidly.
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
can give indirectz steam inhalation.

as child is having this since long time ,you must inform your treating doctor for once.
give plenty of breastfeeds.
try heat fomentation
for that ,take a clean Cotton clothe
heat the tava
place Cotton clothe on it for few seconds
now Check with your hands first , clothe should not be too hot
then place it on your child chest and back.
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
